STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


1. Introduction


These Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the purchase of products and services from the ICT Broker Online Store (“the Store”), operated by ICT Broker (Pty) Ltd (“ICT Broker”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order via the Store, you (“the Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Stock Availability


2.1 All products and services displayed on the Store are subject to availability.

2.2 While we endeavour to maintain accurate stock information, no guarantees are made as to the availability of any item at the time of order fulfilment.

2.3 In the event that an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact the Customer to offer:

  • A suitable alternative item;
  • The option to place the item on backorder; or
  • A full refund of the unavailable item.

3. Pricing and Price Guarantee Disclaimer


3.1 All prices listed are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are not subject to VAT, as ICT Broker is not VAT registered.

3.2 ICT Broker reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

3.3 Prices are only final once full payment has been received and a formal order confirmation has been issued.

3.4 No retrospective discounts or price guarantees apply. If the price of an item changes after purchase, no refund or credit will be given for the difference.

4. Orders and Payment


4.1 Orders placed through the Store are subject to acceptance by ICT Broker.

4.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of order using available payment methods.

4.3 No order will be processed or fulfilled without successful payment and confirmation.

4.4 ICT Broker reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or other anomalies.

5. Delivery


5.1 Delivery of goods will be arranged via trusted third-party couriers.

5.2 Any estimated delivery times provided are indicative and not guaranteed.

5.3 ICT Broker is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

5.4 Risk and ownership of the goods transfer to the Customer upon dispatch from our fulfilment partner or supplier.

6. Returns and Refunds


6.1 ICT Broker does not offer returns for change of mind or incorrect product choice.

6.2 Refunds or exchanges will only be considered in cases where:

  • The product received is faulty or defective on arrival; or
  • An incorrect item was supplied due to an error on our part.
    6.3 All refund or exchange requests must be made in writing to info@ictbroker.co.za within 3 working days of delivery.
    6.4 Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
    6.5 Digital products, licensing keys, and software products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or activated.
    6.6 Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

7. Limitation of Liability


7.1 ICT Broker will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use, misuse, or unavailability of any product purchased through the Store.

7.2 Our liability is limited strictly to the replacement or refund of the original purchase value of the affected item(s), as per Section 6.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction


These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

9. Amendments


ICT Broker reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version applicable to your order will be the one in effect on the date of purchase.
